Pain in the left side of arm and chest and jaw pain and feet burning and left side face twiching near eye and mouth

I've am been facing a problem from past 2 years.There was a lump popping out of the anus after passing stool it used to reduce spontaneously after defecation .Later with passing days it has increased its size and became like a hemisphere (6'o clock to 12'o clock)even now it reduces after a while or after standing soon after passing stool.The lump is huge inside the anal canal pressing the right side of the canal )|.There was blood in stool only once 2 years back, now there is no bleeding .But there is soreness sometimes after passing stool,itchyness is there .And troubles after sitting for a long period.I use to sitz bath often the lump seems to reduce its size merely but again it comes to original size.

Hi I am facing ear pain and pain near the area shown in pic and also feel imbalance and eye also blinks. I went to ENT and he says nothing is there in ear by checking with machine. Please tell me what should I do

My cycle is of 28 day I had unprotected intercourse on the 10th day of the period and unfortunately i ejaculated inside and after 3 hrs I gave her  ipill am i safe. Itching ina anal area and piles and blood pressure with weight problems beside facture in feet last year

I recently traveled abroad with a friend and we got intimate, but it wasn't penetrative (no ejaculation or insertion). My period was due on Jan 24, 2025, but it's now 9 days late. I'm worried about pregnancy. What should I do? If I am in my first week of pregnancy, can I terminate it with medication? Will anyone find out if I choose not to disclose?

After urination i still have some urine stuck and then again i get urge to go and pass urine. Urine comes out in good volume but this symptom is like mostly causing me concerned. Currently since 15 days I am on antibiotics as prescribed by my doctor as I had ecoli urine infection found in urine test. Not sure the symptoms is because of I am too much thinking or because of infection only. Don't have any burning or pain . Please help here.
