Tea n parantha triggered reflux

Last week i suffered a severe chest pain episode and abdomen problem.. I was started on gastric treatment. I have been doing fine since a week.2 days ago I even had butter chicken- did not create any trouble But today morning after eating paranthas n 2 cups of tea I had a severe chest pain episode.. I'm not able to understand how these dishes could trigger reflux so badly? The pain got resolved after three hours. Shall I start avoiding tea in breakfast from now, then?

Panic attack!!

Hi, I experienced a panic attack yesterday and had to go to the emergency room at 1 at midnight. Initially it really felt like a heart attack : rapid heartbeat, sweating, intense panic, some numbness in arm and legs, hyperventilation. The doctors at the hospital did a TROP-1 , ABG, and ECG and all of them came back normal. My BP was a little increased when I reached there plus the heartbeat was at 110 bpm. I think I had some issues of anxiety and overthinking before but I thought it was just a phase. But the panic attack yesterday was really scary! Can attacks like these reoccur? What can be done to avoid them? Also I was experiencing constipation for the last few days if that has any connection whatsoever. 27(M), 83kgs, 172 cm, former smoker.
