Dr i have taken 4 vaccine 2 month before and one rabivax i told u that 3-4 drop of saliva was into my eyes but it happens with me again like 3 times do i need to vaccinate or i should be relax and after 5 days of it i took 1 will it effective? i have listen that vaccine only effective within days?? please help

Check prescription attached along and tell me what has ENT diagnosed regarding throat pain in my mother. Pain since 15 days mainly below adams apple. Point is extremely tender and pains on speak sneezing coughing and certain head movements. 5 days course of Antibiotics antihistamine PPIs Antacid didn't help. Some relief is observed sometimes after sleep and sometimes with ORTHODEX MR. CBC,TFT, LARYNGOSCOPY is normal.

Hello Sir/madam. I need to know that I have been suffering from cough since 8 to 9 days and it's dry cough. Itching in throat usually. And I had meds like Amoxicillin and syrup. Also other antibiotics too. But it seems to have reduced , at the same time I do get intense cough as soon as I wake up and as well as late at night. I do have smoking issue too. Whenever I smoke the cough is very intense no mucus. Do I need to take a CT scan or Xray while going for next appointment with the doctor. Kindly help me out. My smoking is bad. I do consume like 6-7 a day. Kindly lemme know. Since 2-3 years. Thank you respected Sir/madam.

In previous month i took a tetanus injection due to a cut in public transport. Today I also had a cut with iron gate should I need to take again tetanus injection... Previous cycle: May 2024: injection taken November 2nd : injection taken. Should I need to take one more injection!? I'm also attaching the pictures

Hello, I had a blood test and urine test. The report showed my A1c rose to 6.25. After that, I completely eradicated refined sugar, fruit juice and unhealthy foods from my diet. Only green apple and regularly monitoring my blood sugar at all levels. Recently it showed 82 postprandial, 95 fasting and 103 random.  Previously I was feeling excessive thirst but now I am feeling fine, so please whether I am diabetic or it's just a result of a few bad food choices that led to increase in my blood sugar level.  My report also showed elevated ALP and ALT and borderline high TSH, I am suspecting that sudden sugar spike is the result of liver problem and increased TSH.  Please help me in this regard.  My urine is foamy but in report protein is absent then why it's foamy but then clears after I hydrate myself.
