Hi I have developed mouth ulcers covering cheek walls and gums and it been around 2 months, I had a blood test and my iron, vit d and b levels are low, I am under medication since 1 week to increase these levels, is this really due to the iron and vitamin deficiency or it could be something else Please suggest

My mom's age 50, She feel very chronic pain at abdomen and lowr back side. The pain is basically in only one side. She can't walk, Bathroom.
