Last I have treated for lymph nodes and infection plus cough with general antibiotic.still the problem is not solved.lymph nodes raised again with cough and chills.i got this after leg injury.i think I got some bacteria in bloodstream after that injury.what test to be done.

My brother was suffering from Fever in morning and evening from 5 days. He was taking calpol 650mg for the fever. But we took him to the hospital and doctor ordered some blood test and urine test. Urine Test Abrnormalities > Protein - (Present) > Microscipic Exam ( Red Cells ) - 10-12 / H.P.F CRP results on first reporting day i.e 13/07/2024 - 102.30 mg/L, Typhoid results on 13/07/2024, Salmonella Typhi O - 1:160 & Salmonella Typhi H - 1:80 CRP results after staring 3 days of typhoid medicine i.e 16/07/2024 - 95.12 mg/L CBC report is also normal, WBC is 7600 /cmm. Currently he is on the same medication which started on 13/07/2024, Topcef O 200mg (1-0-1), Paracip 650 (1-1-1) & Panwok D Capsule ( 1-0-1). Now he has only fever and bodyache at evening only. With that he feels sleepy. No any other symptoms and he is having a good appetite. But the CRP levels are pretty much high, any serious complications due to high crp?. Or is it fine to have crp during typhoid.

I've been experiencing occasional sudden sensation, which often seems to originate in the buttocks and travels to the thighs I would not call it pain but an uncomfortable sensation or tingling. Does not bother much when I sit or walk but really affects in some positions while sleeping or laying. What could it be and what kind of doctor should I consult?

What are the causes of moderately high prolactin along with tsh ? Can stree cause tsh to increase and in turn increased tsh cause prolactin levels to increase? Or am I wrong
