I have typhoid fever 7 months ...laste 2 days, I have body pain, feeling like feverish... I take blood tests, which shows s.typhi positive 1:160 , Para typhi ...doctor told me it is normal. I have mild typhoid ...why is recurring again

I am having fever since day before yesterday. I took a crocon advance on that day and everything was fine till the next day. The next day i had a competition of wall climbing, post that I did swimming for an hour and on the same night i had fever. I'm not sure, why is this so much. I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and Keloids. I used some strong antibiotics suggested by My dermatologist (RCIN 600 CAP) for 3 months. And it actually controlled my HS but I'm worried now by seeing the hs CRP report. Don't know what's the issue. Other abnormal figures in my Blood reports: Creatine 0.74 Testosterone 357.58 RBC Count 3.98 MCV 107.5 MCH 35.1 RDW 18% LDL Cholesterol 112.2 Vit D 16.3 B12 76.9 Calcium - normal Glucose levels - normal Iron +Tibc - normal Hb1ac - normal Lipid Profile (other than LDL) - normal Renal Profile (other than creatinine) - normal Thyroid Profile - normal Hemogram -(other than mentioned above) normal

My daughter has fever since Sunday - for two days she had continuous fever. . The fever died down on 3rd day.. came back once in a day but subsided with Calpol. Now today on 5th day she got fever for whole day and her hands are cold. Should I take her in Emergeny? Also she has not been eating well at all. Doctor earlier said it's viral so wait until 5-6 days.
