My Vitamin D level is 9.20 and Vitamin B12 is 180. I've been experiencing calf pain in both legs. Despite taking recommended foods (eggs, fish, dairy), Vitamin D2K tablets for 15 days, and standing in sunlight for 2-3 hours daily for 2 months, I haven't seen any improvement. Please suggest further guidance.

Mother lipid report shows this, she is taking Telmisartan 40 morning & evening 40mg. Her BP is fluctuating like 160-130. Also she feels uneasinesses which is not tolerable. Can it be related to autoimmune disease ? Can I go for autoimmune test ? This has been since past 1 month. Thank you

Hello doctor, I am 35 yrs female, I have migraine issues for more than a decade. I get migraine if I skip my food or go under the sun. My question is, I can't even postpone my food time for even half an hour late, I get a severe headache. If I skip the food one time also, I can't even survive, migraine headaches will come. How is this happening ? Can I not cure this ?

I am 30 weeks pregnant from the past few days I have a feeling like something there in my throat like a lump or something with shortness of breath when I eat food there is no problem while swallowing or pain in my throat but sometimes I have tingling (weird) like sharp pain under my chin after taking my meal i do have nausea, indigestion, acidity throughout my pregnancy till date please advise thanks in advance

Hi my mother is having sugar thyroid & high blood pressure. She has been on thyroid medication since 2 years and recently sje started taking blood pressure & sugar medicine as advised by the doctor..she is taking vilpower 50 for sugar & metxl T 40/50 for blood pressure..the issue is when i take her bp in the morning its always around 163/82 & in the evening its around 140/72.. is the fluctuation ok??
