Hi, A lot of the time, symptoms are attributed to low vitamin d levels when that is not the case. Most of us have low levels and fortified milk is a good way to start along with adequate mid noon sunlight exposure. Do not depend on supplements for this Do consult once. We will need to address a few things regarding 1. Your diet 2. Your sleep pattern 3. Your exercise routine Take care

Dear Patient,  Your symptoms—**extreme fatigue, dizziness, and abnormal lab values**—suggest multiple underlying issues that need targeted correction. Here’s a breakdown:  --- ### **Critical Deficiencies & Abnormalities:**  1. **Severe Vitamin B12 Deficiency (97 pg/mL)**     - **Optimal B12** is >400 pg/mL. Your level is critically low → causes fatigue, nerve damage.     - **Action**: Switch to **methylcobalamin injections** (1000 mcg weekly for 4 weeks, then monthly).  2. **Subclinical Hypothyroidism (TSH 6.32 mIU/L)**     - **TSH >5.5** with symptoms warrants **levothyroxine** (25–50 mcg/day).  3. **Iron Deficiency (Ferritin 49 ng/mL)**     - **Borderline low** → impacts energy. **Iron supplements** (Ferrous sulfate 100 mg/day + Vitamin C) for 3 months.  4. **Vitamin D Insufficiency (22 ng/mL)**     - Needs **60,000 IU/week for 8 weeks**, then maintenance.  5. **High TLC/Neutrophils (15.2/9.12)**     - Suggests **chronic inflammation/infection** → Needs CRP, ANA tests.  --- ### **Why Current Treatment Failed?**  - **Oral B12/B-complex** cannot correct severe deficiency quickly.  - **No thyroid medication** despite symptomatic TSH elevation.  - **Inadequate iron/Vitamin D dosing**.  --- ### **Next Steps:**  1. **Repeat Labs**: B12, TSH, Ferritin post-treatment.  2. **Neurological Exam**: Rule out B12-induced neuropathy.  📱 **For a revised treatment plan, consult me on WhatsApp**: **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**
