How overuse or long term use of medicines "specially paracetamol and antibiotics" permanently weakens kidney and lever? Can this be reversed or the person has to live whole life with weakened kidney and lever ?

My 4 year old kid doing breathing sounds like difficult in breathing while sleeping is this normal or serious and there is no running nose and cough

I am 21M 50kgs 5'7 height I feel I have in adequate growth ...
