I have done a routine checkup and attaching the result summary is it concerning i m in tension about platlets results and esr and ggt

ESR shows chronic inflammation reaction. Anywhere in body. Others are not at all very important all value change in27-29 days.   If u mentioned complaint I can suggest. Without that no importance of report. No treatment for raised ESR as such.

Increased GGT may be due to obstruction in bile flow or due to some liver disease. Increased PDW & MPV  may be due to variations in platelet morphology. ESR is increased due to some underlying inflammatory condition.
Next Steps
you should check Serum Total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, unconjugated bilirubin, SGOT, SGOT, ALP, Amylase, Lipase. A manual platelet count and Peripheral blood smear is needed too.
