Since last 1 month, I am finding a tiny lump under my chin and it causes pain from time to time and the pain starts from the molar teeth and swelling of nerve in left cheek. I already did my tooth cleaning despite that no relaxation. Whom I should consult with , Please suggest . Is this a serious concern

My hip flexors have been extremely tight .with that I also have mental health issues like anxiety whenever my physio loosens the muscle I get clarity ,but when immediately once the muscle tightens I feel anxious again,how to stop this?

I been doing HIV test every month. I noticed that the value is increasing from 0.09 to 0.11 to 0.12. Why is the value increasing? What doess this value signify?

Whyle my medical checkup it is found that my Hb and RBC counts were higher than required limit. So doctor asked to do electrophoresis test to know about in detail. She told me to do this test to confirm some gene presence in my blood, which may cause some issues to my next generation. So attached is the test report and i want to know the result. Hb RBC & RDW is high as per the report. Is there any diagnosed condition.?
