I was taking 12.5 thyronorm for 6.19 tsh level after having two months of tablet my tsh level gone down to 5:50.. Should I continue with 12.5 thyronorm or I have to go for higher dose.... I am experiencing indigestion and small amount of poop… kindly tell me doctor what should I do?

I'm 25 year old girl suffering from recurrence fissure post delivery child 11 month back I delivered a baby with vaccum assisted after a month I faced severe anal fissure and it's not resolved with conservative management and my doctor suggested lis surgery and I have done that surgery also but I'm facing recurrent fissure  especially pre menstrual period and its resolved within 3 to 4 days and next month again it will come and I'm a breastfeeding mother also is there feeding is a culprit for fissure because if I have face slight constipation also fissure came and I'm using creamo ano ointment for long month  when I'm facing itching and pain in my anus now very scared to use ointment also if I'm drink water  , feeling thirsty everytime my doubt is if I stop feeding it will cure or any other solution to overcome this problem

A patient today suddenly bleeding came out from nose three times pressure is around 180/90 Now admitted in a local hospital but bleeding is still not stopping after some times again bleed happened TLC = 12400 ESR = 55 APTT = 36.70 Rest everything is normal in blood report pls tell what to do

Hi, I am breastfeeding mother of 1.5month old baby. I am having high bp since 8th month of my pregnancy, 150/100 , 140/100. Doc had prescribed labetalol 100mg 1-0-1 since 8th month of pregnancy & the same tablet is continued till now. It's 1.5month since I delievered & still my bp is 150/100 or 140/100. Why is my bp still not reducing after delivery.. How many months it will take my bp to reduce

Hi I am suffering from fever for more than 2 weeks now. Initially 3-4 days it was through the day around 102-103 sometimes it touches 104 even. But after a week Fever comes once a day either in the early morning or in the late night and the temperature goes around 101.5. I had gone with two doctor's opinions one had Rx me Augpen, L Cim and Dolo on SoS basis but the WBC count was increased up to 18k and ESR 39 then i shifted to next Physician he Rx me only Azithromycin and Dolo Sos basis my WBC count comes down to 14.50K with in 3 days and ESR 22. I had undergone all test like Malaria Typhoid Dot and widal, Dengue , Hep B C HIV at-least 2 time with in 15 days but all reports are negative. Ultrasound Abdomen and Chest X ray report is also normal. Not able to understand now what to do because still i get fever 101.5 once a day.

I have daughter of 22 days old, her body temperature is 36.4 Celsius is this normal for newborn babies
