I have had some of these symptoms for years but was never that serious, but these days it has been extreme and really scary to experience, some days ago i had a really bad experience, I stood up and all my vision went black and my body started shaking I lost my balance and I almost fell, my body was shaking like crazy I thought I will die and the vision black out lasted more than 20 secs and it was so confusing and scary. I went to a physician today and I think I didn't told him my problems nicely and he said I just have depression but I feel like it's more than that. these are all the Main symptoms : Orthostatic hypotension, vertigo, dizziness, loss of balance, chest pain, cough, upper back pain, nausea, seizure, blurry vision, lightheadedness, shortness of breathe, confusion , vision blur, black spots floating around the eye, loss of appetite. I am also a heavy smoker.

My wife is having calf pain issues in both legs for  quite a few years.She feels intense pain in calf when sleeping. It occurs regularly. What type of specilaist doctor should we see? We are not taking below medicines for calf muscle pain treatment.It is part of pregnancy medicine. She delivered baby 3 months back Currently she is taking shelcal 500 and livogen z.

I am having pain when pressed on chest bones after 2d echo test. Test is normal and this pain is because of pressure applied during the test. Is it normal to put pressure during the test? Please advise

While my 5 year old son was cutting his hairs in a Barbour saloon, he got a cut on his neck by the Barbour's trimmer as he shaked his head a little during the process. If that trimmer had been used by someone else before my son and as I feared there might be some blood from the previous person(if any) within the blades of trimmer which might not be exposed to air for which HIV might live and infect. Is there any chance of HIV transmission due to this incident?

Hi, I am 36 year old female. I am experiencing nausea (some occasions of vomit)and loose motions since 10th Dec 2024 . I am not able to eat anything. I lost almost 4 kg in this duration. My blood report was fine according to doctors. Only Dengue IGg was positive. I was admitted to the hospital for almost 5 days due to severe dehydration but the condition is still as is it. What should I do? I am diabetic patient also and taking glycomet 850/2 in a day. Please help me.

Hi I have had episodes of vertigo in the last 3-4 years which have been mostly characterised by doctors as BPPV and i have taken vertin and got better. However now i feel a little unsteady as i walk fast or move my head quickly during walking. I take concur 5 mg and paroxetine both for anxiety since 2021. How do i deal with this unsteady feeling while walking ? Is there a test to rule out further complications.

I am speaking advice for the report attached. I am worried that this report is safe or I should worry about it. Can anyone please guide.
