This patch has been in my mouth for more than 10 days. I'm a smoker too. It has shrunk a lot but hasn't disappeared. Can you tell me what the reason for this to happen? Also is it serious? What can I do to remove it naturally at home?

Diagnosed with viral fever on June 4th with CRP level 13.1 and fever lasted for 4 days. Now, 10 days after the fever, CRP level is now standing at 12.6 and asked to wait for few days with good diet. I am experiencing pain/swelling around ankle joint every now and then..sometimes difficult to walk..Could you guide on how to bring down CRP and precautions?? current diet: Fruits, vegetables , leafy veg,  rice and nuts No added salt and sugar No egg/non-veg Zerodol, if in intolerable pain..

I got ulcers in the mouth which is painful while eating. I have been eating Riboflavin for the past Five days thrice daily. But still I have some ulcers. Is there any other tablet I could try? Thanks.
