Suffering from a high fever and weaknesses and I also needed a medical certificate to submit it to my office, kindly please help.

I am having g upset stomach from 2 days. Yesterday I went thrice and losse poop. Today I took pan 40 and econorm. I was fine but now vomit happened. No fever. Little bit of pain while pressing around navel.

I want to start the take of multivitamins & omega3&6 intake. Which one should I take. My all vitals are normal.

I'm 87 kgs with no diseases, is it okay if I cut sugar completely and I want to lose at least 5 kgs per month?

Few months back I did my blood test and my but d and vit b12 was low in fact b12 was very low. Doctor gave me vit d for a month and surbex gold d for 1 month. I have issue with my sleep I try to sleep by 10 pm but some time I wake at 2 some time 3. After that I try to sleep sometime I get sleep before I finally wake up at 430 or 5 am. I do not have stress I do my yoga regularly except when I feel sleepy I cycle to my office almost every approx 5km total So not sure why I have sleep problem I do not have no sugar etc but have family history of that due to which for past few months I have stopped intake of sugar except i take fruits

My blood pressure tends to get low often, Either when I'm sick, or when the weather is hot, standing up after sitting for a while, or just randomly I get the symptoms. Feeling dizzy, tightness in the head, not being able to keep balance for a few seconds. What can do to prevent this? To keep my blood pressure normal on a regular basis? Please advice me.

I have been just vaccinated for rabies , how long the immunity will last ? There is lots of confusion about it's validity

I just got 4 doses of anti rabies at nearby government hospital , how long the immunity will last . I mean what will be the validity of this vaccination Kindly tell me it's massively confusing.

I was on amloz at for one year, one day my bp went 180/110 doctor gave me olmah 20 but bp not controlled I changed the doctor he gave me bisobis t5, this medicine gave me some relief . Next day my bp was 104/69 then I went to doctor he gave me half of the dose, my bp is controlled but feeling weekness and dizzy, please advice 🙏
