My sister has excessive white discharge problem. No smell nothing. She has regular periods as well. Just that she has excessive white discharge since last few months. Please suggest some antibiotics for this issue

My husband was diagnosed with typhoid fever a week ago. He is currently taking 2 tablets of Taxim-O 200 twice a day. However, he is still experiencing fevers 4-5 times a day, with occasional spikes to 103°F or higher. The antibiotic course is scheduled to end on 19th July. Should I wait until then or seek immediate medical advice?

Yesterday around 6:00 Pm a dog was wagging its tail as I'm seeing that dog since 2 months has come near my leg , I immediately moved away I didn't know it sniffed my leg or not, I didn't scratch or bite and I don't have any open wounds on the leg, and I had three rabies vaccination doses in June!
