I had c section delivery on 27th March 2024, today I have got scratch on arm from door key. I had taken tdap shot on 16 january 2024, I m breastfeeding my baby. Kindly suggest if I need to take tetnus shot now ?

I Have started walking 8km a day from last 6 months. I am Taking 2 idlys in the morning normal lunch and only papaya juice in the evening, tea and coffee about 2 times, I have stopped all other milk product Intake. I am also taking 1 Omega 3 fish oil capsule in the morning and 1 Trans reservatrol in the evening. I have come down from 87kg in Jan to 72kg at present. My recent blood test results showed ESR: 20mm/hr ,MCHC: 30.01, RDW SD: 55.4 and RDW CV:17.1 LDL Cholesterol Direct is 127mg/dl Do I have a condition here? Or is it normal?

I have been tested positive for HIV. I am under treatment where doctor has prescribed SPEGRA tablet to be taken in the morning. I sometimes forget to take the tablet in the morning, can I take this tablet in the night at a fixed time?

Due to which I couldn't go to my office from last 4 days, kindly please help me with medical certificate to submit in my office.

Is a fourth generation hiv antigen/antibody test conclusive after 7 weeks? Or do I have to repeat after 12 weeks?

Hi sir/madam, My son report came as dengue positive but with 1.85 lak/Cumm. His body temperature is 98.7 and he just completed 48 hours of fever. What is next step to be taken . In report wBC also normal. I'm giving him liquids He is 2.7 years, 13 kg He is active Little eyes or red but no irritation. I have elder kid 5 years is it required to his test too actually he is fine.

I have high blood pressure where my bottom range always greater than 90. Dr put me on Losartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablet. I check BP at home everyday as Dr told me to. My bp machine also shows pulse rate on the same monitor. Pulse rate always shows higher value which is greater than 100. I sit and check the BP and always in rest position. But the pulse rate will be greater than 100. It will be around 100-125. Is this anything to worry about? I had annual health  check up few months ago and had an ECG and echo in an hospital. The Dr who reviewed it said it's all normal. This pulse rate being high it's like this for last several years. Around 8 years. I don't remember before that if I checked it or not. Is high pulse all the time is really an issue? Do I need to get any more test for this.

I get high pulse rate all the time whenever I check it on the BP machine. Is that normal? I get around 100-125.
