First it started with cold which continued for 7-10 days and since then till date i have weakness.. then a few days ago, i was having a pain in the right chest then middle and then the pain shifted to the left chest which continued for 2 days and everything seemed alright later but the weakness is still there but better.. and now one night I was out for a party where i didn't drink anything and barely ate but when i reached home i noticed that i have red dots on my face which looks like pimple but they aren't pimple.. they cause mind pain and itching and they're all over my face and it's been 4 days today.. it's not worsening but neither decreasing.. i'm not sure how and where it came from all sudden and what is happening..  Could someone please help me ? Since last 4-5 days, it feels like something is stuck in my throat, like choking feeling in throat. Because of this, there's pain in my throat and behind my ears.
