5 month ago:(4 feb 2024) My vitmain b12 level was 147 pg/ml After taking 7 injections After 2 months (4 April 2024) my level was 1047 pg/ml And again after 3 months (7 july 2024) My vitmain b12 level is again 288 pg/ml Why my vitamin b12 level is decreasing?? How can i maintain it I am vegetarian

Last night I was on my bike when an small white dog came to me and tried to lick or bite me but I was drunk so I lift my leg above and he went away...but after 5 min I found small semi dried blood dot on my leg and when I tried to move blood nothing was happening as it was semi dried ...now I am very much confused whether the dog bite me or scratched me or it was already before the accident bcoz I wear small pant only...now today i rubeed again with my nails and it is bleeding small dot again...added photo help pls

Dear Doctors, My mother is suffering with burning in tongue since 8 days. She takes Revecon, Lonazep and Rantac tablets. Tongue also has become white. She took one antifungal tablet. Could you suggest to which specific doctor should I take her? With Regards
