B12 injection shots
I have to take 5 shots of b12 and d3 for 8 weeks. After 1 d3 and 2 shots of b12 i am feelings that both the injection sites have developed a hard lump painful only when touched. Is it common..?? After a b12 shot i am taking b12 on alternate days

The hard lump you feel may be due to abscess at the injection site. It developed due to faulty injection technique. Sometimes I get resolved on it's own, it may even persist for more than 2 weeks and its size will decrease gradually. Avoid putting pressure over that area while sitting. It's not clear why you need so many injections as you have not mentioned your diagnosis. For further assistance/ queries contact.

Please consult your Doctor who has prescribed these injections. You have to take 5 shots of B12 and D3 injections for eight weeks. I can't figure out how many injections (total) you will get in 8 weeks. From your description it seems that you are already developing an injection abscess.
