I have to take 5 shots of b12 and d3 for 8 weeks. After 1 d3 and 2 shots of b12 i am feelings that both the injection sites have developed a hard lump painful only when touched. Is it common..?? After a b12 shot i am taking b12 on alternate days

The hard lump you feel may be due to abscess at the injection site. It developed due to faulty injection technique.
Sometimes I get resolved on it's own, it may even persist for more than 2 weeks and its size will decrease gradually.
Avoid putting pressure over that area while sitting.
