Hi Doctors, Can we have fever without chills and fatigue? And just body heat. Without all other symptoms will it be fever or heat exhaustion or hormonal imbalance. Thanks and Regards

Hello Doctor, Last year i was having headache daily the pain was radiating till my upper jaw and severe dizziness. I did brain MRI and it looked normal. Later i got conceived and was on iron and calcium supplements and this problem totally vanished. I delivered baby 3 mnths again and from last mnth i stopped iron supplements as suggested by my gyenocolgist. Now i see this headache and dizziness coming back.!! Now i did CBC and it looks normal. My question is ,is my dizziness and headache cmng back becoz i stopped iron supplements. Could some deficiency be causing this issue? Is there any test i can take to confirm what deficiency is causing this dizziness and headache??

Last night I dogs sourrounded cat so I went to resuce but I am confused whether I got bite or scracth from them or the scratch was present before...it's a perfect single line with dots...I have added photo...I was drunk badly so I did not realised what was going today morning I just saw scratch on my leg...

I have 2 little lymph nodes 10 mm in size near lawline  unnoticable from outside from more than 12 years. They are movable, painless, a little bit hard, not visible from out side only I can feel them . They never bother and never cause any other symptoms. They never grow in size

I felt pain in my stomach last night. Today i went to washroom and found my pot was completely ted out of blood. I do not have constipation or hard stools. Stools were normal but there was blood. So I am 33 years old. In the past I had got congestion and not able to breath problem. So doctor has given me inhaler rotahaler incase of too much congestion. I get sneezing and runny nose if I work little with dust. Or if weather is cool or rainy season. Recently I was working in dust so I got daily sneezing and runny nose. I am an employee with desk job. Seated most of the time. I have pain around my left knee when I stand up after sitting for long from past 2 months. It will take a while for me to walk normal. Now a days while walking or while climbing down the stairs I feel some sort of pressure in the muscle around my knee. But if I keep my legs stretched I don't feel this pain.

Since yesterday i am feeling lightheadedness, felt breathlessness for some 1-2 minutes, not like thay i was gasping for breath etc just slight breathlessness, today i am waking, climbing Stairs without any effort. I run daily for 1 km and even upto 2kms. Have done the routine cardiac tests in may, echo tmt and holter and they were normal as per cardiologist. But this lightheadedness is making me very worried. I have to go for holiday tomorrow to mountains, srinagar gulmarg etc and i am worried. My b12 and vitamin d is low. Is it due to that or what. Bp is 106/75-108/78. Please guide.
