It's very normal nowadays that weakness is quite significant and prolonged after a viral illness however to counter it 1. Drink water or ORS as much as you can. 2. Take fruits which have vit c 3. Get yourself checked so that any other dormant condition can be ruled out 4. Just relax and have rest it takes time sometimes up to 2-4 weeks. 5. Eat simple homemade food which is easy to digest 😄
