Nausea and leg pain post viral infection
I was under the medication for typical viral fever symptoms for 2 days. Now the fever is gone but I have mild pain and soreness in my lower legs starting from calf muscle till my feet and nausea as well. Could you please suggest why this happens ?

Muscle pain and weakness is commonly seen during viral fever Nausea can be due to Acute gastritis as your food intake will be less during the illness phase.
Next Steps
If pain doesn't subside or if any new symptoms occur, consult a near by Physician for further management as Dengue fever is very prevalent these days.
