Post viral recovery
Hi, I just recovered from a viral fever 2 days ago. And since sterday I was feeling a lil dizzy.. When I checked my BP it's varying from 94 to 107 / 72 With pulse being 80. Is it normal for the BP to go low after a viral fever? I m taking electoral as well. Let me know if I should add anything to make myself feel better.

After a viral fever, mild dizziness and slightly lower BP can occur due to dehydration, reduced intake or weakness. Your pulse of 80/min is normal. The BP readings mentioned are not necessarily alarming if you are otherwise stable.
Next Steps
Continue adequate fluids/ORS and take light, regular meals. Monitor BP and symptoms for the next few days. If dizziness persists or BP remains consistently low, consult a physician for examination.
Health Tips
Take sufficient water and Electral, especially if intake has been low. Rise slowly from bed/chair and avoid prolonged standing. Seek prompt medical care if you develop fainting, severe weakness, chest pain, breathlessness or persistent vomiting.

A mild dip in BP with some giddiness in the first few days after a viral fever is quite common - mostly it is dehydration and poor intake during the illness. 94-107 systolic with pulse 80 is not alarming by itself, and it usually settles as your eating and drinking improve.
Next Steps
Continue ORS/electral 1-2 litres a day, add nimbu-shikanji, buttermilk, coconut water and a little extra salt in food unless you have BP or kidney issues. Get up slowly from bed or chair. If giddiness is still there after 3-4 days, get a CBC and blood sugar done. Come in or take a teleconsult if you feel faint, have palpitations or fever returns.
