Breathless, fast heartbeat, nausea, pain
My vitamin B12(126) and Vitamin D(11.7) was low. I have taken 1 b12 injection and vitamin D 60k tablet. After 2 days I took 1 1500 b12 tablet also. I am feeling Breathless, fast heartbeat, nausea, little body pain. Little headache and eye pain. Also in stomach left side pain. While going to sleep, random thoughts coming. Plz help. Attaching my complete blood test done with abnormal result only. Other thing are ok in test report.

You also have high triglycerides. Take fat free diet, with more of fresh vegetables and fruits,  nuts, curd, beans, eggs, fortified cereals. Learn to relax . For stomach pain, get abdominal ultrasound done and share results. Get eyes examined, avoid being on small screen continuously for long. Take tab paracetamol 500mg one, if headache is more. Tab supradyn one morning and one evening for 30 days.
