Can stress and anxiety causes prolactin and tsh to elevate with irregular periods and history of pics 10 years back and normal CBC and serum insulin and I have attached reports as well

I have weight gain  since last year and I have irregular periods since 6 months and I have no physical activity as I'm preparing for exam and can this lead to elevated tsh and prolactin? With normal serum insulin and hemoglobin 12.5 and I have reports attached, I'm also a medical student and tsh is elevated slightly so does it mean I have subclinical hypothyroidism and I have no other symptoms and I sleep well and I have enough energy and don't feel lethargic so is it physiological elevation of tsh and prolactin also I have chronic stress after my father passed away I feel unsafe and cautious everytime and I have anxiety as well

What is the cause of hypothyroidism in case of no history of thyroid illness as such and with chronic stress and slightly overweight and no history of autoimmune disease in family can external factors in environment cause hypothyroidism?

Got total cbc test done . WBC count is 11800 cells/cumm is it something to worry . Does it indicate any disease or infection
