Flu

I have got my cbc done and found that my platelets were 85k in October and then at this stage it's showing 55k. My WBC is also low but haemoglobin is 12.5. My ESR shows 42. I don't have fever nor any illness as of now. I just feel tired sometimes - I have also have prediabtic medicines going on to decrease my sugar level. My ear surgery is due because of the sudden change in the platelets and elevated sugar level which is 183 on PP. I have also been on antibiotics as this was prescribed by doctor to dry out my ear to get it ready for surgery. After all reports - everything looks ok, except the platelets counts. Is there a way to increase them and I have been prescribed some tests as well but they all got fever symptoms to be evaluated. But I don't have any fever nor any illness.

Sir/Ma'am, On Amlodipine 2.5 and Rosuvastatin 10 (From last 2 weeks). Pressure is normal and suggested by my respected doctor to discontinue Amlodipine as one medicine will take care of both the issues (LDL Borderline high) Total Cholesterol -188.Please guide whether I should discontinue Amlodipine. Hi, I have general discomfort in the right side of abdomen under ribs which sometimes also radiates to back. This comes and goes and has been there for months. USG abdomen revealed fatty liver. What can be the cause and how to rectify the discomfort?

Three days back I went for a team lunch, and had a lot of veg food there. I spent 2 hrs in the office after that and I didn't have any trouble at all. Then when returning home abt 2.5 hrs after the lunch in the cab I got dizzy (things felt like it was moving after I moved my head). I got out of the cab abt 10 mins after that and started walking and every step felt weird and things were moving with each step. I immediately took a bite out of cake, then walked for 10 mins the dizziness got better but I had a headache for 2 days post that. Now I'm feeling better but what could these symptoms indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am feeling hurt at mid back pain even when i sleep over back i feel pain in mid back area n lower back. I feel restless n week even to do day to day work,not able to concentrate on anything n mood swings - Yes i m a mom to two years by c- section. there was swell to my upper palm n feet with severe pain but otherwise the pain is there still . i feel dizzy n exhausted to do the job which i have done with baby last year.
