29. M 5'6". 72 kg. Lactovegetarian since birth I have been drinking buttermilk since childhood. But lately it has started giving me apathy drowsy feeling and brain fog. What could be the cause? I took capsule velgut some time back as my friend was taking it and had similar problem. Can capsule velgut would have caused my buttermilk yogurt intolerence?

I got a minor scratch from a cat through my t shirt, with little blood visible, I washed it with water and saw gp near me . She suggested to take rabivax-s 3 doses as it's done in pre exposure just to be 200%sure , so took 3 doses on day 0,7and 23. I am worried and confused do I need 5 doses and also immunoglobulin was not given on day 0 as she told its minor scratch not a deep wound. Pls help

My friend(male-30years) is having vomit in the morning when he brushes. He doesn't have any stomach pain or any other pain and also food gets digested well as he passes stool every morning. But he wants to know why is he having vomit like acidity. Please suggest something to help him.
