My son aged 12 year he had a fever from last 3 days CBC MP report is normal but still he had a fever can i give him Dolo 650 half tablet is it safe?

Last night my throat started itching and after I slept I was shivering even in a regular fan. This morning I woke up getting extreme flatulence and around 10AM my fever started to rise to 103° F and my legs and things were paining constantly I took paracetamol and one gas tablet pantoprazole (idk the spelling) to relieve the pain. Still nothing Flatulence retains. Kindly help!

Hi Sir/Madam, Myself 30 M, My issue is that for past 3 months I feel like my heels have swelling/Edema , I have no pain and it is only one one leg. I had a full body check up in 2021 where there were no issues except for Elevated Uric Acid , About 8((Echo, Treadmill, Kidney, Liver were fine) . I was only asked to control food and was not given any medicine. I have not been the on the best of diets. Could you please tell me if it is Edema and if it is serious? I have a habit of Googling Sympotms and having serious anxiety. Attaching photo of both legs together. Kindly Guide.

My mother aged 86 yrs old is put on tab Telma 40 BD and Tab minipressXL 5 mgm BD as well as Tab cetanil 5mgm BD after she developed hypnatraemia with Telma CT 40 OD and Cetanil10 OD, her Bp keeps fluctuating from 110 /70 to 160-170/ 100-110. Kindly advise .

I get and uncomfortable feeling in my legs when I am sleepy but make it late to go to bed. This usually happens at night but sometimes during day also . This irritation startes from buttocks and spreads over legs. What could be the reason? Any vitamin deficiency?

Hello doc, I was having fever and scrotum pain so doctor suggested cef 200, naprosyn 250 and jofenac p tablet each 1 tablet morning and night. I was on the telma 40 tab but I didn't take it for two days when I checked my bp after waking up it was 107/50 and hr 50 no dizziness but after little exercise hr rose to 80 is it normal or I am on overdose. Kindly let me know.
