Home remedies for one-sided weakness include practicing gentle exercises like yoga, tai chi, or physical therapy to improve mobility and strength, using heat or cold therapy to relieve pain and stiffness, incorporating adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha or ginseng to enhance energy and endurance, consuming foods rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids like berries, nuts, and fatty fish, and getting adequate rest and stress management to help alleviate symptoms.
