Flu

Hi, Since yesterday, I've been experiencing cramps in my upper stomach whenever I eat or drink. Last night, I had watery diarrhea, which has continued this morning. Could someone please suggest a medicine to relieve the cramps and stop the diarrhea? I am currently traveling and do not have access to a doctor. Thanks in advance.

I'm 35 year old male weight 100 kgs have grade 2 fatty liver but in report it's shown mild hematology and mild speelonomegaly I have been taking antidepressants for the last 8 years is it dangerous or can it be reversed pls help

My uric acid level is 7.2(lab reference 2-6.8) Will it be  the reason for my join pain in ankle and wrists? (Suffering for 1.5 months on and off) . Pls advise

I am 18 years old male . I am used to workout pretty hard until I was 16 years old . I was overweight when I was in 6 th grade . That's why had started working out. I still had ( not very much obese) in 10 th grade but was healthy . Anyways it's been 2 years since I am busy in my academics . I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder when I was 17. I am ok now but from past 6 months I was very much worried about something. By very much I mean I was devastated , took a lot of stress. I came to know stress for long term causes BP . I checked and came out to be 126/70 . Other time it came to be 120/80. Most recently was 126/70. I heard normal range is below 120/80 and new guidelines also say 120/80 to be not normal but elevated . Can it be that 6 months of stress caused me this .

My AST is 57 and ALT is 95. Also my TSH came 4.4. My lipid profile seems elevated just slightly on margins. ( bad side). I am 23 Male. What is going on, is it worrying? Also recently I have gained weight. My recent diet for last 5-6 months has been lot of outside junk. And weight has increased 7-8 kgs. ( Now 66, height is 5.8)

In case of chronic iron deficiency anemia patient is given IV iron and it responds well but the profile gets back to low because of not correcting overall iron stores in body does this cause cardiac problems suddenly or does it take some more time say like years and patient is asymptomatic normal bp and heart rate just fatigue and I hv attached latest iron profile and cbc

Hello doctor, I'm breast feeding my one month old baby and got cold this week with a running nose and cough. Can you suggest any tablet that doesn't affect baby through breast feeding. Thanks
