My left jaw is clicking and popping when I open my mouth wide to eat. It's like my jaw bones lock and then click when I open my mouth wide, and it pains.
What could be the reasons for this ? Can you please suggest medications for the same ?

Home remedies for left jaw clicking and popping include applying warm compresses or ice packs to relax the jaw muscles, practicing gentle jaw stretches and massage, avoiding chewing gum, hard candies, or crunchy foods, eating soft foods, trying jaw alignment exercises, and managing stress through relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga.
