Dear Sir, I am taking high BP medicine since last ten years. Currently taking Arbitel AM(Telmirsatan/Amlodipine-40/5). My average bp range was 130/85 with medicine. But,  In summer my bp is in normal range 110/80. So, local Doctor suggest to take only Arbitel 40. Now, since one week my bp average reading coming 110/65. Due to this currently I am not taking medicine. Is any cause of concern in sudden fall of bp reading. Kindly suggest whether I have to take medicine or not.

Is it Nervlex OD tablet is used for vitamin B12 deficiency kindly advise , because I don't know whether to consume it or not

Hello sir My son is 46 months old  having cough from 2 weeks.got him nebulizer with bueadacort thrice.sometimes it is wet cough sometimes it's dry cough.cough happens mainly while sleeping.now giving him levolin syrup.no fever or breathing problem.no relief as of now. Doctor here said it can be allergy. Please help and guide is it asthma?? Does it go once he will be 8 or it's just normal cough

Doctor since more than a week i feel like i am falling from height feeling in my chest example When we go on a ride at amusement park and ride comes down from height we feel a wired sensation in chest close to heart like light weight feeling in chest and when this happens i took deep breathing its happening for 2-3 minutes only and gets normal it's happens frequent time in day and sometimes only 4-5 times but mostly in night and my BP is normal and i consult a chest medicine doctor yesterday and i told doctor exactly what i written here and i also told him i only take deep breath when i feel light weight sensation like i am coming down from height if its doens't happens then no heavy breathing and doctor said you are just thinking you have to take deep breathing just stop thinking this and gives me  Rexipra plus tablets which is for anxiety but my main problem is that sensation in my chest. So can you please tell me what should i do exactly  ECG or what ?

Hello doctors, What tests should I do to confirm peripheral artery disease? Because I am having some symptoms like 1. Throbbing in legs after walking, 2.Pinching feeling and little discomfort in leg calf after walking and while standing 3.Heaviness and little numbness feeling in feet of right leg after walking and high pulse feeling in throat  and Sometimes little fatigue happens at night. My blood pressure is 100/70. My blood pressure mostly stays low like 95/69 that's why my doctor suggested me to take polybion syrup. My B12 level is 318 (currently checked) Last month I checked my thyroid profile TSH was 3.28 and T4 was 11 and T3 was 1.26   And I am overweight. I daily walk for 30 mins. I am quite confused, I don't know why am I having this symptoms. Is it peripheral artery disease or something else? Kindly suggest something.. Thanks!

I have questions on coughing problem,why does coughing start while sleeping even after taking medicine like ascoril ls and levocet m, septillin. How to stop if we get coughing while sleeping? It is difficult to get proper sleep.
