Hi, I hope you are doing well. Your platelet counts are on the higher side. However, do not panic What I would suggest you do is get a peripheral smear done. I would also like to look at your entire CBC report to get a clear picture Do consult when possible!

Platelet count is high and vitamin b 12 is high.Stop any vitamin supplement for a while,if you are taking.
