B12 deficiency Oral  neurokind od one at night for 3 months. Or INJECTION Neurobion forte one ample intramuscular in gluteal reason every alternate day for five injection in ten days.  Followed  by biweekly  three  inj. 1 inj in two weeks.

You have deficiency of vitamin B12. Take inj. Neurobion on alternate days for a week, then tab neurobion one morning and one evening for 8 weeks. Take sprouts, fortified cereals,  berries , curds, cheese, almonds,algae, eggs

Your vitamin B-12 levels are, below optimal levels..254 is borderline range..take vitamin B12 injections( inj.Renerve plus) 1inj alternate day total 4 times for 1 week, and then 1inj weekly once total 4 times for 1 month.. overall 8inj. And eat B12 rich foods..like mutton liver, fruits like pomegranate, anjeer.
