B complex and Vit D
Hello Sir and Madam, I was prescribed Vit D 3 and Bcomplex along with the BP and Statin. The time period was 1 month for Bcomplex and 8 weeks for Vit D3.Can I take Vit B complex for longer duration. Are there any side effects. Please guide. Regards.

Both medicines can be used for longer duration if needed But natural sources like fresh fruits and vegetables and salads for BComplex and exposure to Sunlight and  foods rich in Vit D like milk, eggs etc should be a better alternative You can repeat your investigations to test for any deficiency and continue after consultation with your doctor
