Yes, I can definitely help you.i suggest you injections for day 1 followed by tablets, but get some investigations done before you start course.
Inj Paracetamol 1gm IV - 12th hourly
Inj Cewar-S 1.5gm IV - 12th hourly
From day 2
Tab Dolo 650mg 1-0-1 x 3 days(a/f)
Tab cefexm 500mg 1-0-1 x 3 days(a/f)
Tab pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 3 days(b/f)

You likely have a viral infection or flu. Take:
1. Dolo 650 mg – for fever (every 6-8 hours if needed).
2. Levocetirizine 5 mg – for cold (once at night).
3. Dextromethorphan syrup (like Benadryl) – for cough.
4. Drink warm fluids, rest well.
