Food is an option you can consider. Protein rich food. Based on your weight, you can determine your protein intake somewhere around 0.8-12g/kg/day. Be wary of unknown or local protein powder brands- they are largely fake ( ref: Google 'The citizens protein project' )

For a sedentary lifestyle, your daily protein requirement is lower than someone who works out. A protein intake of 0.8-1.2g per kg of body weight is sufficient. A 35g protein scoop might be excessive, leading to unnecessary strain on your kidneys if not needed. Fatigue can also be due to iron deficiency, thyroid issues, dehydration, or poor diet, despite taking vitamin B12 and D. I recommend a balanced diet with protein-rich foods like eggs, dairy, and legumes. If supplementation is necessary, plant-based or whey protein with around 15-20g per scoop is better for non-active individuals. You have not mentioned your weight, height/ BMI, symptoms e.g. loss of appetite, nausea, menstrual irregularities, sleeplessness, any associated comorbidities. Why are you taking vit B12 and Vit D on a regular basis? Just because you felt a little bit better after having some protein powder doesn't mean that you only need some good protein powder. Don't run after this shortcut. Get yourself properly evaluated. You should go for these blood tests at least . CBC,PBS,s. thyroid profile, s. Vit B12,s. Vit D3(25 OH), RBS, LFT and KFT.

A protein-rich diet typically includes a variety of foods such as lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish, eggs, dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt, legumes like lentils, chickpeas, and beans, nuts and seeds like almonds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds, whole grains like quinoa and brown rice, and soy products like tofu and tempeh, aiming to include a source of protein at every meal to support muscle growth, repair, and overall health.
