Pain in right side after protein shake
Dear doctor sometimes when I take my muscleblaze whey protein during post workout I feel pain in my right side of stomach under ribs and bloating and it goes away after 2-3 hrs . What should I do I took 30g scoop 2 times a day which give me 24gm of protein in each scoop. Should I switch it to other protein or continue this protein powder.
