Leg swollen
Today I noticed my right leg looks swollen. What is the cause of it. I am attaching the pic. Please update. There is no pain like symptoms.

Hello One of leg looks more swollen than other but we have to rule out the case Looking like a Soft tissue injury might be sprain but there should also be Pain associated with that . So do some basic blood workup Do get a Consult

Due to long standing hours. Put your legs on chair, at night put three pillows under leg. Tab lacilactone one on alternate day at 8.00am after breakfast for five tab in ten days. To know reason go for CBC CRP ESR Urine complete n microscopic.

As per the picture the difference is very minimal and doesn't require any medical management. May be due to long standing or long walk so better take some rest and while sleeping keep for foot slightly high with help of a pillow that would help.
