Low bp and dizzy
I get low bp often while sleeping in the afternoon 80/50, and dizzy while standing up? My TSH is increasing. Could this be thyroid related? Or any other issue.

Your low BP and dizziness could be due to hypothyroidism (rising TSH), dehydration, or adrenal issues. Check Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO, and morning cortisol. Stay hydrated, increase salt intake, and stand up slowly. Consult an endocrinologist if symptoms persist.
