I am in busy life,don't have time to care of me..past 2 weeks I feel very tired not even couldn't stand.my body needs bed rest.tiday after had 4 hours sleep I feel very weak muscle pain,bone pain and back pain .near neck mild pain starts and spread up to head.feel heavy head and tight muscles on back wings.which doctor should I consult and I am hav8bg thyroid.i check out that it's completely in normal range.kindly suggest me which specialist I could see and what will do next?. 2 weeks before I had consult gynaecologist she said iron no need u have good haemoglobin level.

My brother age is 21 years old, He has been suffering from light fever on 08th of July, 2024 and after that he had fever on morning and evening nothing else. Then after 5 days, we have consulted doctor and after doing some basic blood test and urine test, we came to know that he is suffering from Typhoid and his CRP level is 120. Now he is on a medication Topcef O 200, Paracip 650 and Pantaworks DSR. On saturday he has started the medications given by the doctors. But he is still facing fever in morning and evening even after starting the medicines. He feels tired and have sometime muscle cramps in legs too. Other then fever and body aches no any other symptom/problem is faced by him.

Hlo dr, I am having left side breast pain but i am confused it's heart pain or breast pain.. I am feeling localized pain like sometimes in one area and sometimes in other  spot... For the last two days, with a mild fever not more than 100. And their is a burning sensation at the beginning of the urine.  I saw a doctor and he gave a urine routine and urine culture test.Doctor gave me alkasol syrup and zenocin 200 tab.I got my urine routine test today.i am attaching my report . will i continue these medication or I add something more.
