Flu

Today evening i went to er for severe chest n epigastric discomfort.. also giddiness n nausea.. they did this ekg which shows non specific t wave but er doc told its normal.. they gave me antacids n sent home as doc said theres no emergency .. but i dont see much improvement n still i have pain tightness etc .. what shud i do? I will meet gastro doctor on monday.. i am feeling scared how will i bear night with so much pain. All my vitals were normal

Why do I feel something's bad gonna happen to me ? I just felt this feeling after a long time. I'm on anxiety and depression medication since one year. Is it normal to feel this?

I'm experiencing muscle pain and weakness. My hands can't grip properly, and when I try to make a fist, it feels like there's no strength in my hands. I've had this allergy for a long time. Whenever I eat cold foods or foods that are fried, I start feeling sick. It always begins with a runny nose, sneezing, throat problems, and sometimes ends up with a fever. I've been suffering from this allergy since childhood, but when I was younger, I didn't get sick whenever I ate fried or cold products. However, things have changed. Now I can't even eat a fried snack or ice cream. The worst thing is that I can't do any physical activities now. I keep getting sick whenever I engage in physical activities. If I run for about 100 meters or lift any weight, I end up feeling sick. I also get sick if exposed to the sun or rain. I can't even go out without an umbrella now. Besides the allergy, I also have thyroid issues. The last time I checked, my thyroid level was 10. Sometimes, I experience breathing issues. Whenever I do any physical activities, I feel something wrong with my heart, and I finally end up getting sick, which lasts for few days
