A vertigo home diet typically includes increasing consumption of vitamin B6-rich foods like bananas, potatoes, and chicken, magnesium-rich foods like dark leafy greens, nuts, and seeds, and ginger, while avoiding triggers like caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and salty foods, and staying hydrated with plenty of water.

Hello, Yes, sleep deprivation can contribute to vertigo, as exhaustion affects the body's balance system. However, other causes like inner ear issues, dehydration, or nutritional deficiencies should also be considered. Regarding Stugeron Forte (Cinnarizine): It is generally not recommended during breastfeeding as it may cause drowsiness in both mother and baby. Instead, you can try natural remedies like staying hydrated, improving sleep, and doing simple balance exercises. Since vertigo can have multiple causes, I strongly recommend consulting a doctor for a proper diagnosis and safe treatment options. Feel free to reach out to me for further guidance.
