My husband is suffering from excessive sweating now a days.. what could be the cause please... We have ruled out heart related issues.. does vitamin deficiency cause excessive sweating. please advise

Respected Doctors, I consulted a physician for B12 deficiency. My B12 is 148. Doctor suggested 5 Nervijen injections on alternate day. And some tablets after that. One other physician had prescribed a multivitamin for 1 month. I am confused with these 2 different suggestions. My query is do I need injections?  Or tablet is sufficient? Can you prescribe a tablet and how long do I need to take for 148 B12 ? This question is for : Male, 38 years old Height: 5' 4" Weight: 70kg

Sir i have facial swelling/tingling & also tingling on back and feet. And also some black spot on scalp. Doctor diagnosed with sebhoric dermatitis..also when I did health check up vitamin D level is 6.9 I am confused does facial swelling is due to vitamin D deficiency or something else..please guide

I had undergone laser surgery for Fissure 7 months back. Till 2months post surgery, I was doing fine. Suddenly one day, 1 hard stool and since then I am feeling the same pain, burning, itching and blood(sometimes). Its been 7 months now and I am suffering from same symptoms. My doctor has examined me and confirmed that Fissure has healed and advised me to go for colonoscopy. I have a feeling that its not yet healed and causing the Pain because I can feel the scar and the symptoms. Please suggest.

Hi, Few days back, I was diagnosed with low levels of vitamin D. Then Doc, prescribed: VACALY-K2-7 tablet, once daily. Question is, is this better than normal vitamin D3 tablets? Why K2 thing is added here? It has additional Zinc oxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium citrate malate too. Why I need these components, when only vitamin D deficiency is there.? Are there any benefits or shortcomings of it? Please suggest. Thanks!
