All vitamins are Within normal range.. vitamin B12 Is normal towards lower range ..if u r a vegetarian by diet ,u can think of taking b12 supplement for 1 month

Your Vitamin B12 levels are normal, which is good. However, fatigue can also come from other sources. Have you checked your Vitamin D or iron levels? Low levels of either can cause tiredness. It could also be related to your thyroid function—hypothyroidism is a common cause of fatigue. Finally, we could check your magnesium and folate levels. If everything else is normal, lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, or hydration might be the cause
