All vitamins are Within normal range.. vitamin B12 Is normal towards lower range ..if u r a vegetarian by diet ,u can think of taking b12 supplement for 1 month

It could also be related to your thyroid functionâhypothyroidism is a common cause of fatigue. Finally, we could check your magnesium and folate levels.
