For Full body physical examination visit a Physician / General Medicine department in any private or govt. Hospital.
Full body checkup includes
1.blood tests ( approach any nearby Lab / Collection centre with a prescription for Full body checkup blood test)
2. Some radiological investigations as per advice of your treating Physician/Consultant.
