No full body check up is needed for fever. Please share details of your fever. You can do a complete blood picture with ESR,  tests for malaria, dengue, chickenguniya typhoid,,  urine microscopic,  blood sugar. At your age important tests are blood sugar,  lipid profile,  Haemoglobin   vit d, b12, calcium and if you have any symptoms a thyroid profile.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. Fever is usually due to infection and in such cases, specific tests are more useful than a complete body package. General Advice: Take adequate rest and drink plenty of fluids. For fever, basic tests like CBC, urine routine, malaria, dengue, typhoid are usually sufficient. A ₹5000 full body check-up is more useful as preventive screening when you are otherwise healthy, not during acute illness. What to monitor: Duration of fever (more than 3–5 days). Associated symptoms like rash, abdominal pain, severe headache, or cough. Any weakness, weight loss, or persistent fatigue. Medicines: You may take Paracetamol 500 mg for fever (if no liver disease/allergy). Avoid starting antibiotics on your own. When to consult a doctor immediately: Very high fever not controlled with medicines. Breathlessness, chest pain, confusion, or seizures. Severe vomiting, dehydration, or very low urine output. If your symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend consulting a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. You can connect with me directly on Practo or reach me on WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

For fever, fever profile is just enough. You can do a full body check up later may be after 10days.
