Body pains can be because of many reasons R u doing lot of exercises these days? R u taking enough oral fluids R ur vit D3 , vitB12 , calcium levels normal R ur hormones like thyroid levels r normal R u having any fever We need to know the answer of these questions to find out the cause of ur bodyaches

Basically body pain while sleeping is normally due to wrong posture , uncomfortable mattress and mostly defeciency due to Vit B12 , Calcium and Vit D ... Please start the supplements and definitely it will help you a lot .. I can right now advise you what Medicine you can take and what diet you should follow . I just have some doubts and queries ...
