Doctor today at  4:30 evening a bat also called chamgadar comes in our house flying and bite me on chest it bite me it's not a proper bite but as it was flying I came i it's path it collide with me and little bite type so is there anything to do I went to see doctor near in goverment hospital he told nothing to be done bat bite is not at all dangerous so is it okay or any treatment or medicine or anything needed after bat bite

I fell down before like 15 years still having the lump in my leg but it's not like wound the shape has become like that.should I be worried

I learnt that sickle cell desease is generally developed during the first year of birth. But can a person be detected with sickle cell desease (not trait but desease/anemia) as an adult who had no major symptoms before? For upto which age can the sickle cell desease (not trait) remain silent without major symptoms for which doctor didn't advice test.
