Excessive Sweating, Itching, and Eye Swelling 🔹 Mild Causes: ✅ Heat and Humidity: Sweating in a hot kitchen can irritate the skin, leading to itching. ✅ Allergic Reactions: Exposure to allergens like dust, smoke, or certain foods can cause itching and eye swelling. ✅ Skin Irritation: Sweat can leave behind salts that irritate the skin, especially in sensitive areas. 🔹 Serious Causes (if persistent): ⚠️ Cholinergic Urticaria: A condition where sweating triggers hives and itching due to histamine release. ⚠️ Angioedema: Swelling caused by an allergic reaction, often affecting the eyes and face. ⚠️ Underlying Medical Conditions: Conditions like hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) or thyroid disorders can contribute to these symptoms. What You Should Do? ✅ Monitor Symptoms: Note any triggers, such as specific foods, environments, or activities. ✅ Stay Cool: Use fans or air conditioning in the kitchen to reduce sweating. ✅ Skin Care: Shower after sweating and use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers to soothe the skin. ✅ Treatment: Over-the-counter antihistamines can help with itching and swelling. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment. 👍 Like this info if it helped! 💙 📹 Need a detailed video consultation? **Dear Patient,**  Your symptoms—intense itching, body-wide irritation, and recurrent eye swelling—strongly suggest an **allergic reaction**, likely triggered by excessive sweating or exposure to a specific allergen (e.g., heat, food ingredients, or environmental factors in the kitchen). While antihistamines like *Levocet M* (as advised) can provide temporary relief, it’s crucial to **identify the root cause** to prevent recurrence.  **Next Steps:**  1. **Immediate Relief:** Continue the prescribed antihistamine but monitor for drowsiness or side effects.  2. **Avoid Triggers:** Wear breathable clothing, use cool compresses for swelling, and note if symptoms worsen with specific activities/foods.  3. **Medical Evaluation Needed:** Recurrent swelling (especially around the eyes) could indicate **angioedema** or a more complex allergy. Blood tests or allergy panels may be required.  **Consultation Recommended:**  Self-medication may mask underlying issues. For a detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan, **schedule a consultation with me**. I specialize in allergy management and can help pinpoint the trigger.  **Contact me on WhatsApp:** **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** .
