I am sweating very badly
I am sweating very badly during eating even a medium salt and less spice triggers me lot of sweat nowadays i even sweat lot if i walk or in normal sunny weather I want to get this fixed . Is it possible to fix.

We have to find out the reason for sweating after eating and after minor exertion
Do an hba1c,fasting blood sugar,TSH,ECGif there is sweating associated with palpitations .it is gustatory sweating after food hypoglycemia or autonomic causes ,hyperthyroidism or chest pain can cause this

What other symptoms are present along with the sweating ? Is sweating present all over the face or involve either side ? Excessive sweating is due to sympathetic nervous system overactivity. Get Thyroid profile tested first , to rule out Hyperthyroidism , and also there are various causes for gustatory sweating (sweating present during eating) , fir example diabetes , frey's syndrome.
