Your  query  giv lots of odd clue. Ru on ArT medicine  mean immunosuppressive disease. Yey course of vaccine  remain same. If u take hap Hazzard 2, 3 2 vaccine  on the idea that  u have  low immunity  not giv u over protection,  thought is totally wrong.

You have a low immune system means are you on any immunosuppressants or are you having any immuno compromised medical conditions?  Either way, if it's a Cat II or Cat III exposure, RIG and a complete course of rabies vaccination might be required in an immuno compromised person. So it's better to consult a physician, and let him decide the need and protocol of PEP

**Response to Patient:**  Dear Patient,  Thank you for reaching out with your concern about rabies vaccination. Since you have already completed the full 5-dose rabies vaccine seriesand were bitten again within 3 months, here’s what you need to know:  Key Medical Guidance: 1. If you completed the full rabies vaccine series recently (within 3-6 months), you do not need another full course after a new bite. However:     - Two booster doses (Day 0 & Day 3) are recommended if the new bite is **severe (deep wounds, multiple bites, or bites near the head/neck).     - If the bite is minor (superficial scratch), proper wound cleaning with soap & water is sufficient.  2. Since you mentioned a low immune system, extra caution is needed. Immunocompromised individuals may require additional boosters** even after recent vaccination.  3. Do NOT ignore the new bites**—rabies is **100% fatal** if symptoms develop. Proper wound care and medical assessment are crucial.  Next Steps: - Immediately wash** the new bite wounds with soap & running water for **15 minutes**.  - Consult a doctor ASAP** to assess whether boosters are needed based on wound severity and your immune status.  For a **detailed evaluation**, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two** to discuss your case and ensure proper protection.

It is important to consult a doctor to see the severity of the bite after which the doctor will decide to give an extra dose or change the vaccination schedule or just a booster dose. Start with vitamin b12 and vitamin c supplements for better immunity
Next Steps
keep the bite wound clean, avoid eating spicy, oily food. drink 3-4 litres of water daily
