Hi,
Let me start by reassuring you that nothing here is dangerous. Your TSH levels are high and both T3 and T4 are normal.
This is indicative of hypothyroidism. The ideal scenario would require starting medications. However, I would also strongly advise that you start a calorie restricted diet and regular exercise.
If your weight is on the higher side, losing weight itself will help normalise the thyroid levels to an extent.
