It will be subclinical hypothyroidism , but as your TSH is quite high you should get one more blood test done i.e antiTPO . If that comes abnormal/ high , visit an endocrinologist for management.

TSH is high and normal t3 t4 ,a condition known as subclinical hypothyroidism.As your TSH is above 10 you need to take thyroid replacement hormone under the supervision of your doctor.

Tsh is quite high. Hypothyroidism You need to start thyroxine Tab thyronorm 100 mcg one before breakfast best in empty stomach. + Calcijoint xt one after dinner As thyroxine is  calcium depleting agent your  bone  become weak. For two months,  not to stop as u need follow up by  MD physician or endocrinologist.
