Throat pain and no voice coming out
Hi Doctor,
For the last two days, I have had pain in my throat and difficulty speaking. I took Azipro 500 yesterday, and after taking it, I felt relief from the throat pain. However, I am still unable to speak. I try, but my voice isn't coming out.
